Code Calm – 4-Week Art Therapy Group for First Responders

This in-person art therapy group is designed specifically for first responders seeking a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, manage stress, and reconnect with themselves through creative expression.

No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to show up and engage.

Each session includes a brief check-in, guided art-making activities, and optional group reflection. All materials are provided.

This is a closed group for first responders only. Participants register for the full 4-week series. Drop-ins are not available.
