Flow with Fred Kung to help you reconnect with your body and and let go of what no longer supports your growth. Movement is inspired by yoga, tai chi, qigong, and mindfulness practices. Although this program is not a workout, movement ranges from active arm swings overhead and gentle stretches to resting still in a comfortable pose. Suitable for all ages and stages, but please keep in mind that participation in this program involves physical activity; move within your limits, modify as needed, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unwell.
