This program is designed for anyone experiencing loss—whether through death, separation, health changes, role changes, or “life not as planned”—Grief 101 normalizes the many ways grief shows up in the body, emotions, thoughts, and behaviour, and offers a framework for making sense of those experiences. Not a substitute for psychotherapy.
