HEAL Program for Trauma:
Hope, Empowerment, Alignment & Living

This program:

  • Helps you manage emotions, process your trauma, and find a renewed connection to yourself and the world.

  • Combines education, the Safe & Sound Protocol, and EMDR intensives to support your trauma recovery and personal growth.

  • Is facilitated by trained clinical therapists who specialize in trauma.

 

Regain hope, feel empowered to let go of that you no longer need, and experience realignment towards living in the present.

 

1. Hope

Screening, assessments, intake, psychoeducation: Days 1-2.

What you'll learn:

  • What is trauma.

  • How it affects us.

  • What you can control.

  • The healing journey through this program.

Find hope in this foundational session, which introduces you to the impacts of trauma on your mind and body. This session is required before moving onto Empowerment, as it sets the stage for deeper work.

2. Empowerment

Resource building: Days 2-7.

What you will gain:

  • Evidence-based tools you can use to help you feel more grounded in the present, and resilient to handle upcoming big waves of emotions. This includes emotional regulation, containment, gratitude, feeling your feelings, and feeling safe to feel feelings.

  • Stronger vagal tone, feeling more connected to your environment and others.

Know that you already have everything you need inside you to keep what you need and let go of the rest.

3. Alignment

Safe & Sound Protocol: Days 3-7.

What you will do:​

  • Listen to scientifically adjusted music designed with specific frequencies to support nervous system regulation and balance.

  • Focus on your inner experience with openness and compassion.

  • Receive support and guidance from your facilitator

  • Participate in pre- and post-session check-ins.

  • Engage in grounding or calming activities between sessions to help your system adjust and integrate. 

 

Learn more about the Safe & Sound Protocol HERE. Ongoing activities such as yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices can assist with maintaining balance and alignment.

4. Living

EMDR Intensive: Days 8-10.

 

What you will experience:

  • EMDR intensive sessions which takes days instead of months or years to get to the same level of progress. This approach can quickly clear blockers to healing such as trauma, attachment injuries, and past loss.

  • EMDR processing uses eye movements, tapping or other tools to invite your brain to keep what you need and discard the rest.

  • The Hope, Empowerment, and Alignment phases prepare you for potential big waves of emotions.

  • Adaptive information you already have within you becomes integrated such as "It's over", "I have value, regardless", and "I can learn to accept what I can and cannot change".
