Breathwork Class
A 90-minute class using simple, science-backed breathing techniques to calm your nervous system, ease stress, and gently support grief and emotional release. You’ll be lying or sitting comfortably while you’re guided step by step—no experience needed, just a willingness to breathe. $25 per class.

Most of us breathe on autopilot – but how we breathe can gently shift how we feel. This 90-minute class introduces you to breathwork: simple, guided breathing patterns that help calm the nervous system, soften stress, and create space for emotional release. Research shows that intentional breathing can support nervous system regulation, improve heart-rate variability, and reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety over time.
You’ll be invited to:
Get comfortable lying down or sitting (bring a yoga mat, eye-mask, blanket, pillow)
Learn rhythmic breathing techniques
Notice sensations in your body and allow tension, emotions, or thoughts to move through
