Solara programs are structured into three distinct paths:

Sleep Path

Practices that promote rest, calm, and healthy sleep patterns. Content includes gentle movement, guided relaxation and breathwork to help release tension and prepare the body for restorative sleep.

Balance Path

Daily practices that restore harmony between body and mind. Content includes gentle movement, mindfulness, and grounding exercises that support stress release and a return to centre.

Resilience Path

Practices that strengthen adaptive capacity and encourage renewal. Content includes gentle movement, breathwork, reflection, and mindfulness to help let go of what's no longer needed, reconnect with strength, and flow through change.
