This 80 minute class is more than just yoga or deep breathing—it’s a guided experience where you’ll use specific breathing patterns to calm your nervous system, release stress, and support healing. You might feel a gentle tingling, warmth, or waves of emotion as the breath helps unlock tension in your body and mind, leaving you feeling lighter, grounded, and more connected to yourself.
Breathwork Classes
Facilitated by TGI's Courtney Walsh, a trained breathwork practicioner, breathwork practice is a powerful practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to support emotional, mental, and physical well-being. In this immersive workshop, participants are guided through patterns of breathing exercises.
What to Expect
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and any other items that help you feel at ease. You’ll spend most of the session lying down on the floor in a comfortable position.
The facilitator will lead you through a series of specific breath patterns. These are designed to calm the nervous system, release stored emotions, and bring clarity to your mind.
As you breathe, you may feel physical sensations such as warmth or tingling, which are natural signs of the body releasing tension.
Once your are in an open state, the facilitator will support you through a guided meditation.
Many experience a release of emotions and deep connection with their inner self.
