Breathwork Class May 15th
A 90-minute class using simple, science-backed breathing techniques to calm your nervous system, ease stress, and gently support grief and emotional release. You’ll be lying or sitting comfortably while you’re guided step by step—no experience needed, just a willingness to breathe. $25 per class.

Most of us breathe on autopilot. Research shows that intentional breathing can support nervous system regulation, improve heart-rate variability, and reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety over time.
This 90-minute class brings you on a breathwork journey: simple, guided breathing patterns that help calm the nervous system, soften stress, and create space for emotional release.
You’ll be invited to:
Get comfortable lying down or sitting (bring a yoga mat, eye-mask, blanket, pillow)
Learn rhythmic breathing techniques
Notice sensations in your body and allow tension, emotions, or thoughts to move through
Have time at the end to rest, integrate, and (if you wish) share a brief reflection
