About
Trauma & Grief Institute EMDR group consultations are online and focus on case discussions, treatment planning, and enhancing therapy practices. Sessions are tailored to the needs of the group, fostering an engaging and collaborative environment. Each group has a maximum of 4 attendees. The group cost is paid upfront to secure your spot. Refunds are not permitted for missed sessions or withdrawal from the group.
Groups are faciliated by Krista Helman, Executive Director of the Trauma & Grief Institute and an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant. Krista is an experienced psychotherapist, and registered social worker in Ontario and British Columbia. With an ego state, attachment, and polyvagal lens, she specializes in trauma and grief and is passionate about supporting clinicians in their growth and skill development. She brings years of experience working with civilian and military clients of all ages, and a strong foundation in EMDR and evidence-based therapies.
