About
Elemental Rhythm Breathwork is a guided, music-driven experience completed on a mat on the floor, typically with an eye mask to help you stay inwardly focused. You’ll move your body with intentional, shaking motions to support release and regulation, then follow structured breath patterns that include faster and slower breathing, as well as brief breath holds. The session also includes a guided meditation to help integrate what arises and support a grounded return to the present.
You’ll be invited to:
Get comfortable lying down or sitting (bring a yoga mat, eye-mask, blanket, 2 pillows)
Follow rhythmic breathing techniques and a guided meditation
Notice sensations in your body and allow tension, emotions, or thoughts to move through
Have time at the end to rest, integrate, and (if you wish) share a brief reflection
Please note:
This is a wellness offering, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. If you are pregnant, have vertigo, sound sensitivity, or a heart, lung, or neurological condition, please check with your health-care provider before attending. Completing a waiver is required.
Parts of this event may be documented by photo or video for future promotional material. If you wish to not participate in this, you can still join! Just express your desire to not be in the final product before the event in the waiver, AND speak to the facilitator when you arrive.

Krista is a registered social worker, breathwork facilitator, Reiki Master, and the founder and Executive Director of the Trauma and Grief Institute. Her work blends nervous system support, grounded emotional processing, and gentle mind body practices to help people feel safer in themselves, and reconnect with what matters. Krista is also the author of Over the Rainbow: The Love, Loss, and Legacy of Your Dog, which explores the grief of losing a beloved pet and normalizes the wide range of grief experiences, including after death communication. She is passionate about creating supportive spaces where healing feels human, accessible, and real.

Falen is the founder of Flourish with Falen, a wellness platform built on resilience, healing, and growth. Her journey into wellness began with a near-death experience, a turning point driven by years of unresolved trauma, addiction, and unhealthy eating. This moment sparked a spiritual awakening and a passionate curiosity to heal naturally.
Dissatisfied with simply masking symptoms, Falen sought to understand root causes. She explored diverse healing modalities—including yoga, therapy, sound healing, reiki, breathwork, dietary changes, and tarot/oracle readings—and with this blend she emerged stronger and more balanced.
Today, Falen is certified in several of these modalities and dedicates herself to helping others uncover their unhealed wounds and move toward wholeness.
