About
This Elemental Rhythm Flow Breathwork session is designed to gently support grieving nervous systems.
Grief can be recent or long held. It may come from loss, change, transition, or accumulated emotional strain. Wherever you are in your process, this space allows your body to breathe, release, and reset at its own pace.
Through guided breath, rhythm, and somatic awareness, we create space for:
• soft release without forcing
• nervous system regulation
• reconnection with yourself
No experience with breathwork is needed.
No sharing or talking required.
Simply come as you are.
You’ll be invited to:
Get comfortable lying down or sitting (bring a yoga mat, eye-mask, blanket, 2 pillows)
Follow rhythmic breathing techniques and a guided meditation
Notice sensations in your body and allow tension, emotions, or thoughts to move through
Have time at the end to rest, integrate, and (if you wish) share a brief reflection
