About

Most of us keep pushing through stress without giving our bodies time to unwind. This 90-minute class offers a restorative sound bath to help calm your nervous system, soften tension, and create space for emotional release. Therapeutic sound may support relaxation, improve sleep, and reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety over time.

You’ll be invited to:

  • Settle into a resting pose

  • Be bathed in soothing sounds from instruments such as crystal bowls and chimes

  • Notice sensations in your body and allow emotions or thoughts to gently move through

  • Relax, integrate, and (if you wish) share a brief reflection at the end

Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.

Please note:

This is a wellness offering, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. If you are pregnant, have vertigo, sound sensitivity, or a heart, lung, or neurological condition, please check with your health-care provider before attending.
