Breathwork Class (online) with Krista Helman

Elemental Rhythm Breathwork is a guided journey through music and breath designed to support nervous system regulation, stress relief, and emotional release. Move your body to warm up then follow structured breath patterns, and close with a guided meditation.

Time & Location

Feb 27, 2026, 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. EST

About

This is a guided, music-driven experience completed on a mat on the floor, typically with an eye mask to help you stay inwardly focused. You’ll move your body with intentional, shaking motions to support release and regulation, then follow structured breath patterns that include faster and slower breathing, as well as brief breath holds. The session also includes a guided meditation to help integrate what arises and support a grounded return to the present.

You’ll be invited to:

  • Get comfortable lying down or sitting (bring a yoga mat, eye-mask, blanket, 2 pillows)

  • Follow rhythmic breathing techniques and a guided meditation

  • Notice sensations in your body and allow tension, emotions, or thoughts to move through

  • Have time at the end to rest, integrate, and (if you wish) share a brief reflection
